Bountiful Botswana

A land of water, wilderness, and endless wonder
Okavango Delta

Secrets of the Delta
and Beyond

Although famous for the floods that transform the Okavango Delta into a maze of waterways, Botswana has so much more to offer—from the wisdom of the Kalahari Bushmen to the untamed plains of Savuti. The oscillating dance of queleas, the stealth of brown hyenas, and the alert bat-eared fox—this is a land that offers a different kind of African adventure.

Botswana is best experienced low and slow—from light aircraft tracing the delta’s fingers to quiet camps tucked deep in the bush. Each stop reveals something rare: ancient tracking skills hidden waterholes and wildlife that moves to its own timeless rhythm. This is slow travel elevated—raw remote and deeply rewarding.

Some of Our Favourites

Okavango Delta

Gliding between hippos that guard their waterways, watching elephants bumbling along at a leisurely pace—the Delta is a place where land and water safaris blend into one.

We love the Morrekurus. At water level, the world shifts—birdlife is lush, hippos are loud, and the red-hued antelope move gracefully through the reeds. Your heartbeat quickens as you meander past hippos, the water rippling around you, filling you with a quiet sense of freedom.

Walking Safaris

One of my favourite pastimes—winding through head-high reeds, stepping onto the savanna plains, catching sight of a cheetah creeping through the grass, or hearing the loud cries of parrots overhead. For hours, it feels as if you have a Jurassic Park wonderland all to yourself—nature presenting itself in all its wild glory at every turn.

Kalahari

Different terrains, different wildlife—this is what makes the Kalahari a natural wonder waiting to be discovered. Dusk and dawn are special times here, when the elusive creatures come out to play.

Walk through time with stories told by the Bushmen of this region. See how they have adapted to modern life while keeping their traditions deeply rooted in history. Let them show you their magical world.

Chobe River Safari

Let’s glide along the Chobe River on a houseboat for a few days, living alongside the abundant wildlife that calls this waterway home.

Mornings begin with water excursions, watching herds of elephants migrating through the channels. Sunsets are something else—the red sun dipping fast, only to leave behind a second sunset, its reflection shimmering on the water. It’s the perfect time to sit back with an ice-cold gin and tonic and let the river lull you into dreamland. A few days here, and you’ll feel completely recharged.
